Mr. Angel Rojas, textile engineer, and with much experience in the textile dyeing and finishing in particular, driven by ambition and desire for freedom while making decisions about the business, he dared to become independent and ride his own business in 1981. Thus was created TEXKNIT.

TEXKNIT, founded in 1981, began as a small workshop finishes located in Mataro and only worked with fabrics. In 1984 they bought the first dyeing and finishing machines. The company was growing.

In the 90s, it was one of TEXKNIT companies Textile finishing most important in Spain. Could be considered a leading factory in those moments, in the Maresme manufactured 70% of knitwear from Spain.

Currently the company is still family and two of his sons who are now leading the business.

In 2010 creates TINTCOLOR in Tangier, Morocco. A company also dyeing and finishing. The aim is to meet the high demand for manufactured goods installed in the African country.

Currently, and for 5 years TEXKNIT is run by two brothers Rojas. Jordi and Josep.
